YOGA FOR PREGNANCY

Enjoy gentle yoga for pregnancy. No prior experience needed. Class includes stretching and strengthening exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques. Yoga comes recommended by doctors as safe and beneficial for pregnant women. Feel great and lower your stress during your pregnancy! Questions?
