What is YogaCare?
YogaCare is a class customized to accommodate physical limitations.

Yoga is for everyone—but some need a “care-full” experience.
Doctors recommend yoga, but not all yoga classes are the same. YogaCare classes are limited to six registered students and led by a qualified, caring lead teacher with an assistant teacher. YogaCare offers the beautiful experience of yoga with props and modifications to individually accommodate limitations and does not diagnose, or treat, physical conditions.

Ideal for:

  • Physical limitations that prevent attending regular classes.
  • Preparing for, or recuperating from, surgery.
  • Modifications for back pain, overweight, Fibromyalgia.
  • Anyone interested in therapeutic/restorative yoga.
