What is YogaCare?
YogaCare is a class customized to accommodate physical limitations.
Yoga is for everyone—but some need a “care-full” experience.
Doctors recommend yoga, but not all yoga classes are the same. YogaCare classes are limited to six registered students and led by a qualified, caring lead teacher with an assistant teacher. YogaCare offers the beautiful experience of yoga with props and modifications to individually accommodate limitations and does not diagnose, or treat, physical conditions.
- Physical limitations that prevent attending regular classes.
- Preparing for, or recuperating from, surgery.
- Modifications for back pain, overweight, Fibromyalgia.
- Anyone interested in therapeutic/restorative yoga.
