Vinyasa Flow may be the most popular form of yoga in our time. This training, for experienced Vinyasa teachers, explores the science behind why this practice makes people feel the way they do; and The Art of designing sequences resulting in specific physiological effects. Dynamic Flow Vinyasa offers infinite potential to create transformative yoga experiences. Participation requires each to share three sequences with the group. 1. Linking body movement with breath.
2. Specific sequences of breath synchronized movement, transitions.
3. Setting intention for personal practice and moving towards it.
5. Movement meditation that reveals all forms as impermanent.
