Classes to chase away winter’s chill!

HOT YOGA – WINTER SESSION ONLY!

This class detoxifies and trains legs, abdominals and back with the 26-Pose Hot Yoga Sequence. An excellent choice for a challenging class that does not strain shoulders or wrists. The same sequence of poses are repeated each class. Bring water and a small towel. (75 min.)

  • Mon., 5:30 PM with Carly (Jan. 20–March 9; 8 classes for $80)
  • Also Monday: Mini-Hot, 4:30 PM with Betty (45 min.; $5 Drop-in)

Hot Yoga

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga is a traditional style of yoga involving a sequence of poses that never changes.  Practitioners incorporate breath, gaze, and bandhas while detoxifying both body and mind.  Because it’s a physically demanding practice, it’s not ideal for those with shoulder or knee issues (90 min.)

  • Thursdays, January 23-March 12
  • 5:30 PM with Rachael (90 min.; $15 Drop-in). You may bring cash or check (payable to Rachael Hanel)
