Sunrise Power with Carly (45 minutes; meets twice weekly)
SUMMER: Tuesdays/Thursdays | 6:30am | June 13–July 26 (No class July 4; no August classes)
Much-appreciated class for 20 years, because students get stronger! Designed to meet ACSM Guidelines for strength-training (meets twice-weekly); using yoga flow/body-weight asanas. Best results/best price a committed registration.
Cost: Register by June 6 for 14 classes for $99 (twice weekly) or $69 (once weekly). After June 6, you are welcome as a Punchcard student, or $10 Drop-in. (Registered students may makeup missed classes in Studio Classes).
Old School Yoga with Mona (70 minutes)
Tuesdays | 7:30am | June 11–July 30 (8x; no August classes)
Yoga is more than exercise! This class is for all levels of yoga students interested in learning about (and experiencing!), classic asanas, yoga techniques such pranayama (breathing exercises), mudras (hand yoga poses) and meditation. With Old School Yoga, explore potential for greater health benefits of yoga in your mind, body and spirit.
Mondays | 7pm | June 10–24; July 8–29 (No August Classes)
This class is offered to provide the best introductory experience possible. We’re hoping you want to repeat it, and bring friend. Come, let us share with you the health benefits, and other reasons we love yoga. Adults and children ages ten and older (with an adult), all sizes, body types welcomed.

Ashtanga Prep with Rachael (60 minutes)

Build some heat this summer! Rachael Hanel is your teacher for Ashtanga Prep!
A physically challenging form of traditional yoga including: Set sequence of poses, breathwork, chants, Sanskrit and inversions. For all levels, students progress at their own pace. Visit Ashtanga in Mankato Facebook Page for more information. Longer length class to return this Fall.
