THE TEACHERS FOR OUR STUDIO CLASSES ARE THE HEART OF SUN MOON YOGA!
We are the most highly qualified and experienced yoga teachers in the area. These All Stars have supported me, cared for the students, and taught yoga together non-competitively for two decades. Without the teachers (past and present) I could not have kept the flame of yoga burning, and a sacred place to practice in, for two decades. While each of us is very different in our styles and approaches, I personally asked each individual to join us for their compassionate heart and personal pursuit of excellence in teaching.

Gratitude to students who REGISTER. They are the foundation that sustains the studio.
We appreciate PUNCHCARD students! By paying for ten classes in advance these yoga students have the convenience of attending any Registered or Bargain class at any time.
Enthusiasm for our $5 BARGAIN classes! No membership, or pre-registration required, just come in!
Wear non-restrictive clothing and plan to be barefoot.
Try to refrain from eating at least two hours before the start of your class because practice is best on an empty stomach.
Please do not wear heavy perfume, scented oils or colognes.
Arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of class in order to sign in and prepare for the session.
Inform your instructor if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant.
Consider bringing a towel and bottled water. Many of our classes are vigorous and will cause you to sweat.
Changing rooms are provided.
Mats are available for use during class—to borrow or purchase—however, bringing your own mat is encouraged.
